With over 18 years of experience in business consulting and web development I have mastered the skills of understanding client requirements according to their sector and the latest trends and regulations. I have worked on various projects with businesses from different niches (banking, energy, consumers goods, public sector, etc.) and I can speak both the language of business and IT.

I started by creating business processes, based on existing documentation and interviews with the customer, using the ARIS software, a Business Process Modelling (BPM) platform. In parallel, I started creating workflows for process automation as well as making basic adjustments to the ARIS customers portals to better reflect their business.

Always having a keen eye for detail, I soon started feeling drawn to the technical side of the software, considering it a good enhancement to my knowledge in order to be able to support my customers more accurately and efficiently. I started creating JavaScript based reports for advanced database queries as well as advanced configuration on the ARIS portals.

I see UI/UX design as the natural evolution of my journey. I like solving problems and I aspire to create beautiful and functional websites that people would like to use and enjoy.
