For the last 18 years I am helping organisations improve how they operate through better processes, smarter use of data and user-friendly digital solutions. I have worked on various projects with large, enterprise companies from different niches (banking, energy, consumers goods, public sector, etc.) to support transformation initiatives ranging from process optimisation and compliance to the adoption of new technologies such as Process Mining and AI. My experience combines business analysis, design thinking and hands-on technical skills which has allowed me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution and learn both the languages of Business and IT.

I am stimulated by all things beautiful and things that work well with the least of effort. I like solving problems and identifying opportunities to make systems more simple, efficient and intuitive. My aim is to always create outcomes that are practical, impactful but also sustainable over time.

I see UI/UX design as the natural evolution of my journey. I aspire to focus on creating beautiful and functional websites that people would like to use and enjoy.​
